Hawkedon Village fete IP29 4NH Sunday 29th August 2021 2pm – 4pm Looking for a great day out then visit our lovely village and come to the annual summer fete held in the walled gardens of Hawkedon Hall, then have a wander round our lovely church St Mary’s Its walled churchyard is surrounded by the green on all four sides, and it is the only church in Suffolk where this is so ( any donations to help with the running costs will be greatly appreciated), then you can relax with a drink at the local pub The Queens Head. BBQ with meat supplied by Humphreys of Clare - Teas, cakes and soft drinks on the terrace – Ice Cream – Local produce (cakes, preserves, vegetables) – Loads of bric-a-brac – Fun games for children and adults (hoopla, bowling, beat the goalkeeeper and more) – Second hand books – Tombola – Raffle – And plenty more!
