Suffolk Coastal Three Principles Community welcomes you to Mental Health and Wellbeing talks at Woodbridge Library on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. Starting on Saturday January 12th and every second Saturday of the month, (10:15 - 11:45) Mia Philips (Well-being Coach and Three Principles practitioner) will lead the conversations that explore how our experience of life is created via the three psycho-spiritual principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought. The focus of these talks is on our mental health and its constancy. Ever present and innate, any experience otherwise is a temporary covering over of this well-being. There is never anything to manage or fix, at most the only work necessary is to remind ourselves of where our wellbeing resides and how to access it. This is an informal, accessible talk and everyone is welcome! We will also be discussing these ideas every third Tuesday afternoon (4:15-5:45) starting Tuesday January 15th, welcoming in particular young people and their parents/carers.
