Fun for the family at half-term as shops and business in the thriving market town of Halesworth put on a cavalcade of scarecrows through the town. There's also a Treasure Trail for the children, with letters hidden in shop windows which make up the names of well-known films. Entry forms are available from Halesworth Library and Edwards Restaurant and cost £1 each. All monies raised go towards the Halesworth Christmas Lights. The winner will get the opportunity to switch on Halesworth Christmas Lights on Saturday 24th November, and there are cash prizes for the winner and runners up.
