OneLife Suffolk’s Get Help To Get Active service is designed for ‘inactive adults’, doing less than 30 minutes of moderate activity per week and are living with a long-term health condition. Its aim is to support and encourage individuals to increase their levels of physical activity by offering 3 levels of support. Starting from self-care signposting to psychologically informed behaviour change sessions, dependent on the person’s needs. The team at OneLife Suffolk understand that being physically active can be very challenging, particularly if you are faced with a long-term condition. They can provide the tools and information to enable you to gradually increase your activity levels, in a safe & effective way.
